Main menu

The SIGNATUS main menu is shown on the left side of the application and allows users to:

  • Open, edit, and sign documents from different sources.
  • Distribute signed documents by email, upload them to an external server, or save them on the device.
  • Configure the SIGNATUS application through Settings.
  • View the application version and license validity in the About section.

3.1 Update main menu #

The main menu can be changed by enabling or disabling channels that contain documents for signing. A channel can be enabled or added in Settings under the relevant channel section.

3.2 Rename channels in main menu #

Channels can be renamed by entering a value in the Channel Name field. If no channel name is specified, the default channel name is used. For example, the default name for the Web channel is Web.

For the Web channel, you can also specify the URL that should be displayed in the Web URL field.

3.3 Hide or display main menu #

When SIGNATUS starts, it checks the device screen resolution and automatically selects the most appropriate display option for the main menu.

To change whether the main menu is shown or hidden, open Administrator Tools and update the Show or hide main menu setting.
